Terms

1. Acceptance
By placing an order with Centurion Graphics, it is understood that you accept our Terms Of Business herein stated.
2. Care Of Originals
While every care and precaution is taken against loss or damage to originals or articles entrusted to us, no liability is accepted should damage or loss occur.
3. Claims
Any complaint must be made within 7 days of delivery, beyond which no claims can be entertained.
4. Additional Charges
Will be made for work over and above that which is normal for the reproduction of a particular class of work.
5. Quotations
Are valid for a period of four weeks. In the absence of finished artwork, we can only provide estimates which cannot be considered binding.
6. Sub-Contracting
We reserve the right to sub-contract all or part of any order as may be deemed expedient.
7. Reproduction Of Originals
Orders are accepted on the understanding that the customer has secured all legal rights and that he/she indemnifies Centurion Graphics from all liability consequent on their reproduction.
8. Placing Of Orders
We cannot accept responsibility for any orders placed with us verbally or with unclear written instructions where no proof is required should the work be unsatisfactory.
9. Liability
In the event of any product supplied by Centurion Graphics being faulty for any reason, liability is restricted to the replacement of same. No responsibility will be accepted for any costs incurred due to use of faulty products.
